Tabletop Pneumatic Scribing Machine with Auto Z-Axis Lift for Automotive Production Line

Today, we delivered a tabletop pneumatic scribing machine equipped with an automatic Z-axis lifting system for integration into the production line.

Recently, we were approached by an Eastern European automotive supplier who wanted to use a scribing machine instead of a pneumatic dot peen marking machine to mark identification codes on metal parts for some of their high-end models.
This desktop auto-lift scribe is a customized version of a standard desktop scribe. It uses a motorized lift module in the Z-axis instead of a manual rocker arm and limit.
We use the Thorx-7 controller to meet the operating environment and connection requirements of the customer’s engineers for the MES system. It has a tilting touchscreen, a soft keyboard, and a sufficient number of communication interfaces.
