Split Gear Dot Peen Vertical Rotary Marking Machine

This automated production line gear marking machine adds a pneumatic chuck rotary fixture to our standardized table-top flange horizontal rotary marking machine, and replaces the manually adjusted X-axis slide with a servo motor mobile module. Its gear rotary fixture uses a planetary reducer and an automatic pneumatic chuck to automatically clamp and release the gear at the beginning and end of marking, greatly improving the efficiency of gear rotary marking on automated production lines. The mobile module approaches the workpiece when receiving the MES instruction to start marking, and retreats and returns a signal to the MES system at the end of marking, thereby avoiding collisions and failures when loading and unloading with a robot arm or overhead crane. The system uses our powerful Thorx-7 system control cabinet, which is convenient for adjustment and setting in a standing position, and can be arranged separately from the marking machine itself to save valuable available space around the automated production line.
