Flange Dot Peen Horizontal Rotary Marking Machine

The head of this automatic flange rotary marking machine is mounted on a guide rail, using a rotary chuck fixture, and can be flexibly customized to accommodate flange diameters of different sizes. In addition, the marking machine can be equipped with an optional photoelectric sensing module, its guide rail can be optionally upgraded to an electric module, and the chuck fixture can also be equipped with an automatic pneumatic clamping fixture to further improve the degree of automation and marking efficiency. The default rotary fixture of this flange marking machine can support flanges within 20kg, with an outer diameter of 80~160mm or an inner diameter of 100~180mm, and a planetary reducer can be added to support single batch marking of larger flanges or multiple flanges.
The system uses our professionally developed 90mm or 120mm high-hardness special marking needle, which can effectively mark various metal flanges within 60HRC and below, and can be equipped with diamond-studded needle tips or hardened needle tips to support 65HRC workpiece marking and improve durability. For large-sized or heavy-weight flanges, we usually recommend using a split horizontal flange marking machine (hyperlink dot peen series 9 flange marker – 2 split flange marking machine).
Our machine uses the Thorx9 operating system by default to connect to ERP or MES systems, or communicate with PLC to work with robots, but we can also provide T6, T7, K8 and other operating systems.
