Reinforced Dot Peen Deep Marking Needle

The 12mm deep marking needle is an important part of the marking machine system jointly developed by us and a marking machine brand in the Middle East. It requires a stronger 20mm guide rail support and uses a higher air pressure drive to achieve a single marking performance of 0.4~1mm depth on steel workpieces. Since then, we have developed a 6mm model based on the 12mm deep marking needle, and provided this series of marking needles and the matching reinforced guide rails, needle seats, etc. as a deep marking enhancement kit for customers who need deep marking to modify or select existing marking machines. It is especially suitable for some steel pipes, steel structures, gas cylinders, flanges, valves, etc., which need to maintain high visibility of the marking after painting. This series of marking needles all use tungsten carbide steel rods imported from the United States as the needle core substrate, and the typical service life can reach 3000 working hours.
