Handheld Scribing Machine
The head of the scoring machine is heavy, but some workpieces still need to be handheld for scoring and marking due to factors such as operating space and size. The most common example is the vehicle identification number (VIN) and engine number of luxury cars, which need to be re-marked to maintain visibility due to the laws and regulations of the country where they are located. In addition, some luxury decoration areas will also require flexible scoring when the installation is completed and delivered. For this reason, we have also developed and produced a series of handheld scoring machines to meet the needs of such portable scoring. Due to the high compressed gas pressure of the scoring machine, it is difficult to fix it with a smaller electromagnet tooling, but manual fixing can still achieve exquisite scoring and marking comparable to a desktop scoring system. At the same time, due to the uniqueness of the scoring and marking effect, it is difficult to be imitated by pneumatic dot matrix marking or laser engraving.
