LNG Cylinder Dot Peen Marking Machine
Since the regulations of various countries require different marking locations on LNG tanks, most users only need to mark the handle position plane, so we developed this equipment based on the conventional desktop pneumatic dot matrix marking machine. LNG cylinders are relatively large, with common volume specifications of 50~60L. By using cylinder lifting Z-axis guides and limit devices, customers can easily load and unload cylinders. In addition, for some users who need to mark on the tank body, we can also provide angle adjustment of the marking machine to adapt to specific needs. This type of LNG marking machine is configured with the basic Thorx 6 operating system by default, but you can also choose the more powerful Thorx 7, 9 or Kingmark 8 system to access digital management systems such as manufacturing decision systems (MES), or integrate into automated production lines.
