How Zixu Marking’s 3000W CW Laser Cleaner Helps SANY Group Reduce Costs and Increase Efficiency
Earlier, Trinity ordered several automatic multi-laser marking machines from us for engines. After this period of use and continuous communication about the process, a high level of trust and friendship has been established between us and their technical team. Recently, they asked us to supply them with a Continuous Wave (CW) fiber laser cleaner for test cleaning and paint removal, hoping that this new laser processing technology, which has become popular in recent years, would reduce their costs and increase their efficiency. We supplied a prototype with a 3000W MAX laser, and today their technical team carried out a series of tests and sent back some videos for further consultation.

After learning about our CW and pulsed laser cleaners in the used vehicle market, Trinity decided to evaluate the possibility of purchasing a laser cleaner to minimize waste of aftermarket spare parts. In addition, the laser’s sustained heat can quickly disintegrate and remove dust and dirt from track surfaces and other vulnerable parts. SANY hopes that this technology can partially replace traditional water washing for better equipment maintenance and sustainability in water-scarce areas.
