Customized for larger permanent metal identification
This handheld electric dot peen marking machine was customized for an OEM customer who already used the standard 120 x 30mm model but needed a larger marking area. The 150 x 50mm working window supports longer serial numbers, larger logos and multi-line identification codes on metal parts.
The machine uses an integrated die-cast anodized aluminum alloy housing to keep the appearance consistent for OEM branding. The fixture uses compact flat electromagnets to control size and weight after increasing the marking area.
