Battery-Powered Pneumatic Dot Peen Marker — Custom Hybrid Solution for Demanding Industrial Marking

Chongqing Chuke has successfully developed a custom battery-powered pneumatic dot peen marking machine for a client who was dissatisfied with the marking depth of previously purchased electric dot peen markers. After evaluating pneumatic vs electric samples, the client chose pneumatic technology for its superior depth — but wanted it in a cordless format.
The final solution integrates a pneumatic marking mechanism with a lithium battery, delivering the depth, speed, and consistency of traditional pneumatic dot peen while maintaining cordless convenience. The client’s existing shop air supply connects easily when needed.

An adjustable-width fixturing system was also designed, allowing operators to quickly adjust marking width for different products. By synchronizing mechanical adjustment with software-based working area settings, every mark is placed precisely where intended.
Key Advantages
- Superior marking depth — Pneumatic delivers deeper, more permanent marks
- Cordless convenience — Lithium battery for untethered operation
- On-site air compatible — Standard pneumatic connection for shop air
- Adjustable fixturing — Multi-product quick changeover
- Positioning accuracy — Hardware-software sync prevents errors

Selection notes
For a project similar to Battery-Powered Pneumatic Dot Peen Marker — Custom Hybrid Solution for Demanding Industrial Marking, please confirm the workpiece material, marking area, required cycle time, code type, production environment, and whether the machine needs to be handheld, benchtop, enclosed, or integrated into an automatic line. These details help us recommend a stable configuration instead of only matching a laser power or marking window size.
Send us your sample or drawing
If you are not sure which machine is suitable, send us product photos, marking content, drawing dimensions, and expected output. Zixu can provide sample marking feedback, fixture suggestions, and a practical machine configuration for distributors, factories, and system integrators.
