Chongqing Chuke has successfully developed a custom battery-powered pneumatic dot peen marking machine for a client who was dissatisfied with the marking depth of previously purchased electric dot peen markers. After evaluating pneumatic vs electric samples, the client chose pneumatic technology for its superior depth — but wanted it in a cordless format.
The final solution integrates a pneumatic marking mechanism with a lithium battery, delivering the depth, speed, and consistency of traditional pneumatic dot peen while maintaining cordless convenience. The client’s existing shop air supply connects easily when needed.
An adjustable-width fixturing system was also designed, allowing operators to quickly adjust marking width for different products. By synchronizing mechanical adjustment with software-based working area settings, every mark is placed precisely where intended.
