Flange Marking Machine with Automatic Cylinder Clamp and Photoelectric Sensor
This flange marking machine is a standard desktop flange horizontal rotary marking machine with a pneumatic chuck rotary tool and photoelectric sensor added. The flange rotary tool uses a planetary reducer and an automatic pneumatic chuck, which can automatically clamp and release the flange at the beginning and end of the marking, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of flange rotary marking on the automated production line. The photoelectric sensor is used in conjunction with the robot to load and unload materials. When loading and unloading materials, it will sense whether there is a flange on the tool. If not, the robot will load the material, and if so, it will unload the material. This function requires the machine to be connected to the PLC of the customer’s production line to achieve. By adding these two modules and communicating with the customer’s production line PLC and MES system, the efficiency of the marking process for a single flange can be increased several times.
