Desktop Scribing Machine
This desktop scoring machine is the most basic model in our scoring machine system. It uses pneumatic pressure to write on the surface of metal or some wood, hard plastic, acrylic and other materials with a high-hardness tungsten steel or diamond needle tip, leaving a highly uniform line content in thickness and depth. The surface of the marked content is as smooth as a mirror and presents the same angle as the scoring needle tip, which can present a gorgeous reflection effect under natural light. The scoring machine has low working noise. The instantaneous noise of the needle tip hitting is about 60dB, and the noise during scoring is only about 42dB, which is quieter than pneumatic or electric dot matrix marking and laser deep engraving. The marking effect generated by the scoring machine is beautiful and unique, which is difficult to be imitated by any other type of dot matrix marking or laser engraving, and has natural anti-counterfeiting properties.
