Integrated Scribe Marking Machine

Our integrated pneumatic scribe markers use a hardened marking needle to “write” across the surface of an item to form a continuous line of uniform depth and width. Compared to dot peen marking, scribe marking produces no vibration on the surface of the workpiece and reduces the number of impacts, dramatically reducing the noise level of the operation and producing a higher quality permanent mark.

Due to the weight of the table marking machine, our customers have tended to purchase the head separately and integrate it into a hydraulic power arm or robot to reduce the labor intensity of their personnel.
