Scribe Needle

The scribing system has excellent marking aesthetics, sharp marking lines and mirror-smooth internal surfaces, and its service life and noise performance are far superior to the more common pneumatic or electric dot-matrix marking machines. The scribing needles we produce all use imported tungsten carbide steel with a hardness of up to 96 HRA as the needle core substrate. Since the pressure and wear of the scribing system on the needle core are higher than pneumatic dot-matrix marking, it is usually used for marking on metal or hard plastic surfaces with a hardness within 60 HRC when using a titanium-plated needle tip. The scribing needle with a diamond-studded needle tip can be used for almost all metal workpieces with a hardness within 68 HRC and has a longer life. The scribing system and scribing needles we developed in-house have additionally optimized noise-related designs. Under the same depth and speed conditions, the impact noise is only about 55dB, and the scribing noise is less than 40dB. The overall working noise average is less than 45dB, which is ahead of all other scribing system products on the market.
