Plated Shell Dot Peen Marking Needle
At present, most marking machine brands in Europe, America and parts of Jiangsu and Hubei provinces in China use coated marking needles. Adding coatings on the basis of aluminum shells, copper shells and steel shells can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the needle shell itself, thereby achieving lower cost use and establishing a better brand image when only the needle core is replaced. Such coated needles, whether the base material is aluminum or steel, usually use copper needle sleeve materials to achieve relatively balanced wear resistance and overall life. In addition, since such needles are often equipped with industry-specific machines or customized systems, in addition to the basic 92 HRA hardness tungsten steel needle core, imported 96 HRA hardness tungsten carbide steel material needle cores are often used, and can be equipped with special processing processes such as double-angle needle tips, titanium-plated needle tips or diamond-studded needle tips to enhance the efficiency and quality of marking high-hardness metal workpieces.
