In-line Scribing Machine
This integrated scoring machine is one of our most popular models in recent years. Since the scoring machine head is heavy, usually up to 25kg or more, many customers use a crane to assist, thereby reducing manpower consumption and improving efficiency. The scoring machine uses pneumatic pressure to press the scoring needle with a high-hardness tungsten steel or diamond needle tip into the surface of metal or some wood, hard plastic, acrylic and other materials, and then write, leaving a mark that can present a gorgeous reflective effect under natural light. The scoring machine is quieter than pneumatic or electric dot matrix marking and laser deep engraving. The instantaneous noise of the needle tip hitting is about 60dB, and the noise during scoring is only about 42dB. Because the marking effect is beautiful and special, and it is difficult to be imitated by dot matrix marking or laser engraving, this type of integrated scoring machine is used by a large number of luxury or executive-class cars to indicate their vehicle identification number (VIN), chassis number, engine number, etc., such as Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover, Ferrari and other automobile groups have a large number of models using this type of scoring machine for identification.
