Handheld MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine for Gas Cylinder
This machine installs a high-power desktop MOPA fiber laser marker on a trolley. With the handheld optical path and our patented cylinder electromagnet fixing fixture, it can realize convenient mobile marking of industrial gas cylinders. Since most users of gas cylinders will mark and repaint after cleaning the old paint layer, in order to ensure the visibility of the mark after repainting, the mark needs a certain depth, usually 0.5~1mm. In order to meet the depth requirement and it is difficult to ensure the supply of compressed air during mobile work, we recommend using a high-power MOPA laser of 100W or above for this type of marking machine to ensure marking efficiency. At present, the overall price of this type of cylinder laser marking machine is relatively high due to the price of high-power MOPA lasers, but its characteristics such as no consumables, no pollution emissions, and easy operation are still favored by some large industrial gas suppliers in Europe and the United States.
