Automatic Dot Peen Marking TTO Inkjet Label Printing Machine
This desktop pneumatic dot-matrix marking machine uses the Thorx-7 system, relying on the system’s powerful functionality and expansion capabilities to connect to the customer’s PLC and MES systems, thereby achieving automatic coding, and linking the integrated TTO label or inkjet label printer for printing after the set number of markings. The main application of this type of equipment is that some customers’ workpieces are marked after they have passed the inspection, and are immediately packaged in blister trays or foam cartons after marking to flow to the next process or deliver to customers. For example, this machine customer will mark both sides of the workpiece, so it can be set to print the label and automatically encode the number after marking the same code twice. Compared with using a marking machine and a label printer separately, this integrated setting is less prone to errors whether it is used by a single person or on an assembly line, and is suitable for high-end manufacturing users who have a rigid demand for one item and one code.
