Upgrade customized cylinder ejector automatic loading and visual positioning for a used Han’s fiber laser marking machine
After we posted our video of automatic cylinder ejector loading and optical positioning fiber laser marking on knives, another user in the metal hardware industry, who already had an optical laser marker, stumbled upon it and contacted us to retrofit it for automatic loading. The machine was purchased two years ago, and you can see the brand name at the beginning of the video.

We used an independent table painted in the same color for the cylinder ejector loading and designed a two-row loading fixture based on the part size provided by the customer and the estimated marking efficiency.

Although the colors will be similar, the details, such as the matching display and buttons, will still be distinguishable from our in-house machine. We kept the laser source from the original machine, but used our scanning galvo, visual positioning module, and control boards to automate the work at the touch of a button, and replaced the light path shell with one with our logo (this is the most important thing ).
The modification cost is not cheap, but for this customer, the cost of modifying a single machine can be recovered in less than a year just by reducing the labor cost, and the efficiency of automated marking can be followed by even one person can meet the full production of 5~8 production lines with auxiliary loading, which can greatly improve the production efficiency.
