Multiple Light Path Dual MOPA Fiber Lasers Marking Machine
Some customers in the automotive and machinery industries need to mark multiple surfaces and multiple locations on workpieces such as engines at the same time, and need to meet the needs of using robots or overhead cranes for automatic loading and unloading. We have developed a solution that uses one computer to drive multiple scanning galvanometers on multiple mobile modules to mark at the same time. This multi-path MOPA laser marking machine can move into position at the beginning of marking and return to the initial position at the end of marking, thereby avoiding collisions when robots or overhead cranes load and unload. And because the laser, galvanometer, and field len can be configured separately and different scanning parameters can be used, different marking effects can be automatically achieved at different positions of the workpiece.
