5-in-1 Fiber Laser Marking System — Laptop Surface Treatment Solution for Global Consumer Electronics Supply Chain

5-in-1 fiber laser marking system for laptop surface treatment
The 5-in-1 fiber laser marking workstation. View fiber laser markers.

This machine was ordered by a service provider performing surface treatments on HP, Dell, Lenovo, and Asus laptops. Three units were delivered in this batch. The machine uses five fiber laser circuits driven by one computer, treating five positions from three sides at once.

It removes burrs, marks QR codes, strips anodic coatings from aluminum alloy models, and marks manufacturer information on the C-side keyboard area.

Multi-position fiber laser marking
Simultaneous multi-position marking reduces cycle time.

Last month we delivered nine standard 100W fiber lasers to the same customer. The remaining three 5-in-1 systems will be completed by end of week.
