The cost of a desktop flange engraving machine depends mainly on the size and weight of the flange. Larger sizes require a larger table, which varies in cost and freight. Heavier weights require more powerful drive motors and planetary gearboxes to support rotation, which can significantly increase the cost. Hand-held flange engraving machines require customization of the marking head, tooling, and operation according to the customer’s flange size. Therefore, we cannot use a standardized package size. If you need to consider shipping methods and freight costs, please contact us for the most appropriate packaging method and size.

The final dimension and weight of machine and shipping package are influenced by detail configuration, including machine model, controller and purchased consumable marking needles, etc. We developing and manufacturing very single machinery for each client for specialized demanding and we recommend configuration based the factors on work environment, language and marking content.

We offer 2 years of online video and live chat technical support for all of our machines, as well as in-house manufactured marking needles at a discounted price to help our customers reduce their total cost of ownership.

We manufacture every single machine according to the specialized order, the standard machines take no more than 3 working days, and lite customized machines usually take 10~15 working days. Then the delivery based on air or sea takes 5~60 days.
