PMK-DT1480 Pneumatic Marking Machine
Industrial pneumatic marking machine imprinting permanent characters, digits and logos on metals, plastics and wood through high-frequency mechanical impacts at 2–5 characters per second, with a 140×80 mm marking area.

01. High-Frequency Mechanical Marking
Powered by compressed air at 0.2–0.6 MPa, the marking head imprints permanent identifiers on rigid materials through high-frequency mechanical impacts, covering metals, plastics and wood surfaces.
02. Precise Control & Legible Results
Repeat accuracy and positioning accuracy are both ≤0.01 mm, with marking depth adjustable from 0.01 to 0.5 mm. The machine marks Chinese/English characters, digits and logos within a 140 × 80 mm marking area.
03. Durable, Heavy-Duty Construction
The design uses a heavy-duty cast iron basement, a 20 guiderail and a 57# NEMA motor, with the controller supplied as a separate unit for flexible installation. Stylus hardness is above HRC 85 for marking materials up to HRC 60.
The pneumatic marking machine is a high-efficiency industrial marking device powered by compressed air. Through high-frequency mechanical impacts, it permanently imprints identifiers on rigid materials, including metals, plastics, and wood surfaces. Its characteristics are rapid operation, exceptional durability, and high-definition marking, and it is widely used in manufacturing, auto components, aerospace, and electronics industries.
The marking head works within a 140 × 80 mm marking area on plane and near-plane surfaces, at a marking speed of 2–5 characters per second and a marking depth of 0.01–0.5 mm. Marking content covers Chinese/English characters, digits, and logos. Repeat accuracy and positioning accuracy are both ≤0.01 mm, and the machine handles workpiece materials up to HRC 60 with a stylus hardness above HRC 85.
The machine is built around a heavy-duty cast iron base, a 20 guiderail and a 57# NEMA motor, with a separate controller connected by an aviation connector cable and reinforced polyurethane hose. Air pressure runs at 0.2–0.6 MPa and power input is 220V/110V ±10%, 50/60Hz, with an operating temperature range of -10 to 50 °C. Marking heads and controllers are available in several configurations, so please confirm the head size, controller type and marking area required for your workpiece before ordering.

Material Compatibility
| Material Category | Compatible Materials | Typical Marking Effect & Applications |
| Metals | Metals (workpiece hardness must be < HRC 60) | Permanent marking of characters, digits, logos, part numbers and serial numbers. Samples show markings on metal rings, machined components, hexagonal fittings and metal plates, including a QR code and asterisk-delimited codes. |
| Metals | Automotive / Motorcycle Manufacturing | VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), engine number, frame number, chassis number; parts such as connecting rods, piston rings, cylinders, gears, bearings, brake discs, and wheel hubs. |
| Metals | Machinery Manufacturing and Heavy Industrial Equipment | Gears, molds, machine tool components, pump bodies, valves, flanges, and large castings/forgings (heavy-duty equipment requires deep marking). |
| Metals | Hardware Tools and Metal Products | Hardware tools, stainless steel products, signs and nameplates, fasteners (bolts and nuts), metal piping, steel products |
| Metals | Oil & Gas / Energy | Pipes, valves, and flanges — markings must be resistant to coatings, corrosion, and outdoor environments. |
