3-in-1 Frame VIN Marking Machine
A 3-in-1 frame machine: the bowl is pressed at 1-6 t, the VIN is dot-peened 0.01-0.35 mm deep, and the seat is greased – one clamp, one pedal press, 45 seconds.

Modular dies and stored programmes enable fast model changes. Supports USB VIN import, automatic serial numbering, linear codes and continuous marking.
Adjustable 1–6 t pressing force and 250 strikes/s pneumatic marking deliver consistent characters on curved frame surfaces, with 0.01–0.35 mm marking depth.
Combines pressing, marking and coding in one compact unit, reducing extra stations, part handling and repositioning. The 500 W design supports continuous industrial operation.
A 3-in-1 frame machine built around a single clamping position: a hydro-pneumatic cylinder presses the bowl at 1-6 tonnes, a floating head dot-peens the VIN at 250 strikes per second to a depth of 0.01-0.35 mm set by material, and the seat is greased before the frame leaves the station. One cycle, 45 seconds or less.
The workpiece is an e-bike, scooter or motorcycle frame, and also agricultural, special-purpose and construction-equipment frames. The 110×30 mm field takes a 17-digit VIN plus date and model codes; engraving runs at 110 mm/s through an HRC85 pin.
Structure and supply: an all-steel frame with a sealed, dust-proof marking head; 500 W on single-phase AC220V 50Hz; air at 0.4-0.6 MPa drawing 120 L/min. No three-phase supply and no distribution upgrade.
Changeover is mechanical: character dies, the marking head and the bowl dies are modular, model programmes live on the touchscreen, and switching a model means swapping a die set and recalling parameters. VIN data arrives by USB with automatic serial numbering; linear codes and continuous marking run in the system, and a host-PC connection records parameters and results.

Features

Touchscreen Controller
The touchscreen is the only operating surface: model programme, VIN import and marking parameters are all selected on screen, so a model change never touches the wiring. Pressure gauges and push-buttons sit beside it, keeping pressing and marking status in one line of sight.
Lower Running Cost
The bowl is pressed by a hydro-pneumatic cylinder: compressed air does the work through a small oil volume, which holds down both electricity and oil consumption. At 500 W on single-phase AC220V it drops into an ordinary bay.

Stable and Reliable
An all-steel frame carries the 1-6 t pressing reaction and 250 marking strikes per second at the same time, so it does not creep over years of running. The mechanism is simple, the failure points are few, and an operator is productive after half an hour.
Grease Injection Unit
The grease unit sits under the marking head and doses on every cycle. Output is adjustable and even, it comes apart for cleaning without special tools, and very little grease is wasted.

Sealed Floating Head
The head is sealed against dust, so chips and grit never reach the marking mechanism. A floating mount finds vertical by itself: convex and concave beam faces take the same depth and the same character shape, with no hand squaring.
Automation
One pedal starts the whole cycle: pressing, marking, greasing and barcode printing run in sequence inside 45 seconds. VIN arrives by USB with automatic serial numbering, linear barcodes print on the machine, and the print is clean enough to scan.

The table lists no bill of materials. The rows below are derived from the table figures and the listing’s functional description; rows marked ‘derived’ need confirming against the supplier’s structure drawing.
| Component | Function | Evidence |
| All-steel frame | Carries the 1-6 t pressing reaction and the marking impact without deflecting | Table: all steel; listing: all-steel |
| Hydro-pneumatic cylinder | 1-6 t pressing force with controlled stroke and position | Table |
| Bowl die (magnet-assisted) | Locates and forms the bowl; swappable | Listing: magnets assisting bowl placement |
| Marking head + character dies | 250 strikes/s across a 110×30 mm field | Table |
| Floating self-correcting mechanism | Finds vertical on concave and convex beam faces | Listing: self-correcting floating head |
| Grease injection unit | Metered, adjustable grease output | Listing: controllable, waste-free grease injection |
| Touchscreen + controller | Model programmes, VIN import, serial numbering, continuous marking | Listing + table |
| Foot switch | Starts the cycle with both hands free | Listing: foot-pedal operation |
Material Compatibility
The table gives a depth of 0.01-0.35 mm ‘depending on material’ and a pin hardness of HRC85, which yields one hard rule: the workpiece must be softer than the pin. Depth moves down inside that range by material; thin sheet and coated parts run at the low end. The pressing and marking stages act on the same frame steel, so they share one material judgement.
| Material | Verdict | Suggested depth | Basis |
| Carbon steel frame (Q235 / Q345) | Suitable – the main case | 0.2-0.35 mm | 0.35 mm ceiling plus standard frame steel |
| High-strength / cold-rolled (DP590 class) | Suitable, run at the low end | 0.05-0.15 mm | Hard and springy; deep marks crack |
| Galvanised / plated | Conditional | 0.01-0.1 mm | Marking breaks the coating; re-zinc or move the mark |
| Aluminium frame | Suitable | 0.05-0.15 mm | Soft; deep marks collapse the edge |
| Cast / forged skin | Conditional | 0.15-0.3 mm | Rough surface leaves ragged character edges |
| Painted / e-coated | Not suitable | – | Marking must precede painting |
| Hardened parts (>=HRC85) | Not suitable | – | Pin is HRC85; it will not cut |
| Plastic / composite covers | Not suitable | – | Non-metal; pneumatic impact cracks it |
