Cost-Effective Full-Featured 3D MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine Recently Delivered
We recently delivered to our Czech customer DELTIMA Precision Ltd. a new marking machine with Sino-Galvo 3D pre-focusing galvanometer, automatic rotary fixture and JPT 200W M7 MOPA fiber laser for high precision marking of complex shaped metal workpieces. The customer is dedicated to energetic materials, military defense and biotechnology research and provides innovative laboratory instruments for testing energetic materials and other hazardous compounds, mixtures and products, as well as highly specialized research tools for nuclear medicine and radiopharmaceuticals.

By adjusting the laser power, pulse width and frequency as well as the scanning distance and speed of the galvanometer, this 3D MOPA laser marker can accurately mark measurement scale, engrave, cut foils, strip paint and plating on stainless steel and titanium workpieces of various shapes and compositions, thus significantly increasing the efficiency of the customer’s work.

We will participate in the first phase of the Canton Fair next month from the 15th to the 19th, booth no. 20.1E04, and welcome customers from home and abroad to visit us.
Application Context for Cost-Effective Full-Featured 3D MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine Recently Delivered
Fiber and MOPA laser marking projects are often used for metal parts, anodized layers, nameplates and electronics housings. The key is to match laser power, pulse width and beam delivery to the desired contrast, depth and cycle time.

FAQ
Can CNMarking test my own samples before I choose a machine?
Yes. For most marking, cleaning and welding projects, sample testing is the fastest way to confirm contrast, depth, speed and fixture requirements before final configuration.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Please send the material, part size, marking or cleaning area, required result, production volume and any automation or traceability requirements. Photos or short videos of the current process are also helpful.
