Automatic Lifting Scribing Machine
This desktop automatic lifting scoring machine is customized from a standard desktop scoring machine. It uses an electric lifting module on the Z axis to replace the manual rocker and limit, thereby avoiding problems such as pin collision when deployed on an automated production line. The customer of this machine already uses a conveyor belt with customized tooling and previously used a pneumatic lifting dot-matrix marking machine for marking. Currently, the customer chooses to customize the automatic lifting scoring machine instead to improve the quality and texture of the markings on metal exterior parts and further enhance its high-end image.
