Highly Automated Flange Marking Workstation — 300% Efficiency Boost for Vietnam Connector Flanges Manufacturer

This flange marking machine was customized for robotic loading. Upgrades include automatic pneumatic clamping and photoelectric sensing switches, increasing efficiency more than tenfold compared to manual loading.
The rotating fixture automatically resets at the end of each marking session to prevent air tube entanglement.

The machine uses our advanced Thorx-7 control system. The pneumatic clamps fix and release at the start and end of the marking process with appropriate delay settings. Photoelectric sensors notify the customer’s PLC of workpiece presence with 100% accuracy.

If budget allows, we can further automate with X-Y-Z axis moving module for fully unattended marking 24/7. Contact us for similar solutions.
Application Context for Highly Automated Flange Marking Workstation — 300% Efficiency Boost for Vietnam Connector Flanges Manufacturer
Automation projects need more than a marking head. The feeding method, positioning logic, PLC communication and quality inspection flow decide whether the marking system can run reliably in production.
