At the Western China (Chongqing Dazu) International Hardware Expo, a knife brand owner from Guangdong was introduced to the scribe marking system at our booth for the first time and was impressed by the beautiful and unique marking effect.
Today, the customer brought dozens of knife samples to our factory for test marking, hoping to mark each knife with a unique serial number to improve quality control and brand customer service quality.

Although the appearance of the marking machine is more beautiful and unique, but to achieve fully automatic marking requires the use of special customized conveyor belt fixtures to ensure that the marking position and angle of uniformity, that is, each specific specification must be a complete set of customized fixtures that can be quickly changed, the use of the cost of customers to follow the market trend of adjusting the iteration of the product, and for this reason we recommend the use of vision of the module of the MOPA fiber laser marking machine to quickly and automatically identify and complete the accurate marking.
Compared with conventional fiber laser marking machine, MOPA fiber laser marking machine can achieve finer marking effect by high energy short time pulse processing, avoiding yellowing or even thermal stress deformation of the edges of marking fonts due to heat, and if there is a demand for customized patterns, it can also use off focus annealing to make pure black marking on the tool surface. If there is a demand for customized patterns, off-coke annealing can also be used to mark the surface of the tool in pure black.

In order to ensure the marking depth, after communicating with our technical staff and using the on-site 50W visual positioning MOPA laser marking machine for proofing, the customer decided to purchase a 300W visual positioning MOPA fiber laser marking machine to balance the marking depth and efficiency. For conventional serial number marking, switching back and forth between high-power medium-low-speed scanning and medium-power high-speed scanning can achieve beautiful white deep serial number marks.
