2025 The first phase of Canton Fair Spring DAY5 Zixu completed the rewarding journey to Canton Fair

Saturday, April 19, was the last day of the first phase of the Canton Fair. Compared to the previous day, the number of visitors increased. On the 19th alone, seven distributors of pneumatic, electric and laser marking machines and related consumables or accessories visited our booth. These professional marking industry buyers were interested in our new Thorx-9 system, which is slightly better than the Thorx-7 system in terms of functionality and expandability, but at the same time slightly lower in price, and can also be applied to both dot peen and laser marking machines, which has an excellent price/performance ratio.

In addition to the powerful Thorx-9 update, our deep marking system is also in high demand by our customers. The use of special 6mm or 12mm diameter marking needles, coupled with improved design and reliable construction, further strengthens the efficiency advantage of pneumatic marking machines over laser marking or engraving.
Some users interested in this kind of system at the Canton Fair need to spray paint after the traceability marking and ensure its visibility, but using our deep marking system can mark all kinds of steel workpieces from HRC56 to 60 by 0.3~0.5mm at one time, and even up to 0.8~1.5mm for steel workpieces of lower hardness or aluminum steel parts. On April 19 alone, two manufacturers of flange connectors made the decision to book, but due to production scheduling, it is expected to be delivered at the end of May.

One of the above customers is from Kyrgyzstan, which mainly supplies steel fasteners such as flanges to several countries in Eastern Europe, and a number of German brand automobile factories in the Czech Republic are its customers. At the exhibition, the customer not only signed a contract for the customized automatic deep marking system, but also directly paid a deposit to speed up delivery, and agreed to bring more technical teams to visit China in the second half of the year.
Through more than 10 years of deep cultivation in technology and sales, Zixu’s pin and laser marking machines have established a good reputation in the global market of professional industrial applications, and in the future, we will continue to focus on the research and development and production of high quality marking machines or laser marking machines that meet customers’ performance, quality and cost targets.
Application Context for 2025 The first phase of Canton Fair Spring DAY5 Zixu completed the rewarding journey to Canton Fair
This page is part of CNMarking’s Industrial marking and traceability content library. For buyers comparing similar equipment, the key question is not only whether the sample can be marked, cleaned, welded, or processed, but also whether the final setup can match production speed, fixture stability, marking depth, visual quality, and long-term maintenance requirements. The application is most relevant to industrial part identification, product traceability, sample testing, equipment selection, and production-line marking projects.
When evaluating a similar project, CNMarking normally checks the workpiece material, available marking area, expected cycle time, required code or logo content, fixture method, safety enclosure needs, and whether the process must connect with an existing line, MES, scanner, or operator workflow. These details help choose between a standard machine, a semi-custom workstation, or a fully automated solution.

How to Choose a Similar Setup
- Send clear photos or drawings of the workpiece, including the required marking or processing position.
- Confirm the material, surface coating, required depth or contrast, and any durability requirements after cleaning, painting, heat treatment, or outdoor use.
- Share the expected production rhythm, such as pieces per hour, operator loading method, fixture constraints, and whether automatic code reading is required.
- For new applications, request sample testing first so the marking quality, processing speed, and fixture plan can be confirmed before mass production.
FAQ
Can CNMarking test my own samples before quotation?
Yes. For most marking, cleaning, welding, and precision laser processing projects, sample testing is the safest way to confirm process feasibility. A short video, test photos, and recommended configuration can be prepared after the workpiece and target result are confirmed.
What information should I send for a faster recommendation?
Please send the material, dimensions, required content, target cycle time, production environment, and any automation requirements. If the project is replacing an existing process, also share the current pain point, such as low efficiency, unstable quality, consumable cost, surface damage, or traceability requirements.
