Many parts only need cleaning or simple repairs to be restored to normal operation. Refurbishing these parts has become an important cost-saving and efficiency-improvement goal for SANY.

The Solution: 3000W CW Fiber Laser Cleaner

We supplied a prototype equipped with a 3000W MAX laser source. After learning about our CW and pulsed laser cleaners for the used vehicle market, SANY decided to evaluate the purchase of a laser cleaner to minimize aftermarket spare parts waste. The laser’s sustained heat can quickly disintegrate and remove dust, dirt, and paint from track surfaces and other vulnerable parts. SANY hopes this technology can partially replace traditional water washing for better equipment maintenance and sustainability in water-scarce areas.
