Water Cooling Handheld CW Laser Cleaner
Continuous laser cleaning machines have been widely used and applied in the manufacturing industry. They can vaporize the oxide layer at the moment of contact through high-energy lasers, thereby removing the rust layer on the surface of common industrial metals such as steel and aluminum. Compared with pulse laser cleaning machines, CW laser cleaning machines have simpler optical paths and can achieve a larger cleaning width by configuring different handheld galvanometers, up to 500mm in width. Using a chiller to cool the scanning galvanometer and laser at the same time can greatly improve the working stability of the CW laser cleaning machine. Some customers also install the handheld galvanometer next to the assembly line to achieve low-cost fully automatic cleaning applications.
