At the same time, since the thermal effect of UV laser scanning irradiation is much smaller than that of the more popular fiber laser or carbon dioxide laser, it can reduce the scorching, melting, thermal deformation, etc. on the surface of the workpiece, and can achieve a darker permanent mark on the surface of materials such as plastics and ceramics. Its spot is smaller and rounder, which can achieve extremely accurate and exquisite marking effects, such as 0.01mm line width fonts or 2*2mm size QR codes.
