Multiple MOPA Fiber Lasers Marking Machine
Due to the needs of some customers for simultaneous marking, cutting, and paint stripping of multiple surfaces and multiple locations of a single workpiece, we have developed this solution that uses one computer to drive multiple optical paths for simultaneous marking. Currently, this type of customers who use 3, 4, or 5 fiber lasers at multiple angles for simultaneous marking are mainly divided into laptop industry customers and tool customers. The laptop industry currently uses this machine to remove the material head and burrs on the keyboard area frame of the C-side of the laptop computer, and at the same time mark its part identification QR code and other information on the inside; tool users use multiple MOPA laser optical paths for annealing and blackening, forming a pure black LOGO and content on the surface of both sides of the tool, while also symmetric its thermal stress and further enhancing the hardness of the tool.
