For this reason, we have developed a series of patented magnetic fixtures for the most common cylinder types required by our customers, combined with our reliable and high quality hand-held pneumatic dot peen marker with cylinder engraving purpose optimization, it now becomes a line of hand-held gas cylinder engravers that can be flexibly customized to meet more specific needs.

Description
Because the marking area of a gas cylinder is usually in a conically curved area near the top, individual markings such as a single line of date, serial number, or manufacturer’s name are subject to different curvatures at different positions. Gravure marking is therefore traditionally used for efficient marking in mass production, but when cylinders are subsequently recycled, or when flexible marking by date or gas type is required, they are usually marked manually with an electro-engraving pen. For this purpose, we use a specially developed marking needle with extended length and amplitude in combination with an electromagnetic tool, based on the standard 120*50mm Thorx-6 pneumatic marking machine, to realize flexible and versatile pneumatic cylinder marking.

Choose control software on your cylinder marking demanding
The basic Thorx-6 controller is sufficient to mark cylinders well with date, batch, serial number, and logos. However, you may need a Kingmark-8 controller for non-English characters. Want other controller software or types?
