3D Galvo UV Laser Marking Machine

Our 3D UV laser marking machine usually uses a front focusing galvanometer, which adds a zoom lens group before the X-Y scanning part of the 2D scanning galvanometer to obtain a larger focal depth that can be dynamically adjusted in real time. Benefiting from this, in addition to marking workpieces with larger height differences, the laser of the front focusing galvanometer system can accurately focus on any point on any focal plane within the working range and obtain a more consistent energy density, thereby avoiding the deformation of the marking content that is easy to appear at the edge of the working range of the 2D galvanometer laser. It is widely used in the scale marking of precision instruments and measuring tools in the fields of medicine, biology, and chemical industry, or marking QR codes, DM codes and other identification or traceability marks that are easy for machines to recognize on the surface of workpieces with large surface curvature; this feature also gives the 3D UV laser marking machine the ability to emboss, deep engrave, punch and cut, but due to efficiency and cost-effectiveness, only a few high-end luxury goods and automobile brands currently use 3D UV marking machines to make micro holes in Nappa leather.
