MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine with Keyence Scanner and QR Code Grading
Fiber / MOPA laser marker with Keyence grading scanner
MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine with Keyence Scanner and QR Code Grading
A customizable fiber or MOPA fiber laser marking workstation integrated with a Keyence grading scanner module. After marking, the system scans the code, grades the quality and returns OK / NG results to MES or PLC for traceability control.

The first visual block focuses on the scanner module, mounting method and Grade A sample result because this project uses a Keyence grading module, not a read-only identification camera.

Description
Mark, scan, grade and return the result in one station
This custom fiber laser marking machine adds a Keyence grading scanner module to the normal laser marking process. After the laser marks a QR code, Data Matrix code or production identifier, the scanner can read the marked content, grade the code quality and return the inspection result immediately.
Compared with a basic read-only identification module, the Keyence grading module is used when the production line needs scanability feedback such as Grade A confirmation, OK / NG judgment and result return to the next automation step.
Key Features
Scanner-integrated MOPA laser marking for production traceability
The scanner integration keeps marking, code grading and production-line feedback in the same automated workflow.
Scans the marked code and grades the code quality after laser marking.
Supports visual sample confirmation and scanner-based QR code grading for quality control.
Returns OK or NG results to MES or a production-line PLC for the next automation step.
The scanner can be installed beside the laser head for stable post-marking reading.
A cylinder can move the scanner module into position after marking, then retract it after scanning.
Optional lights can show the scan result: green for OK and red for NG.

Result Feedback
OK / NG feedback for Industry 4.0 digital traceability
The scanner can return code-reading and grading results to the control system. Indicator lights can also show the result to the operator: OK in green and NG in red.

Marking Samples
QR codes, serial numbers and industrial identification marks
Sample images show QR codes, serial numbers and high-contrast marks on metal and product surfaces. QR code samples can be checked with scanner grading such as Grade A confirmation.

Applications
Where this scanner-integrated laser marker fits
Use this configuration when the mark itself must be checked automatically before the part continues downstream.
QR codes, serial numbers and traceability marks that must be readable after marking.
Small QR/Data Matrix code marking where automatic reading reduces manual inspection.
Digital traceability workflows that need code marking, scan grading and OK / NG feedback in one automated station.

FAQ
Common selection questions
Answers below stay within the supplied product description and parameter sheet.
Why use a Keyence grading scanner here?
This project needs more than read-only identification. The Keyence grading scanner can scan the marked code, evaluate code quality and support result return after marking.
What does QR code grading add beyond scanning?
Scanning confirms whether the code can be read. Grading checks mark quality, distortion and scanability, which helps decide whether the part should move forward or trigger a warning / stop action.
Can it return results to MES or PLC?
Yes. The scanner can return OK or NG results to MES or the production-line PLC for the next automated processing step.
What laser power is available?
The supplied parameter sheet lists 20W, 30W, 50W or customized laser power, with Fiber or MOPA fiber laser type.
