Sold Out at the 140th Canton Fair: Chongqing Zixu Closes a Record Autumn Session

Every marking and cleaning machine on the stand found a buyer — several paid in cash on the spot — as buyers queued for live demos at Booth 20.1G21–20.1G22.

GUANGZHOU, China — October 20, 2026 — Chongqing ZIXU MACHINE has completed the first phase of the 140th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair), held at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou from October 15 to 19, 2026. Exhibiting in the Industrial Automation and Intelligent Manufacturing section at Booth 20.1G21–20.1G22, the company ended the five-day session with its entire display inventory sold and buyer feedback that kept coming until the hall closed.

A Stand That Never Went Quiet

Foot traffic was the story of the week. From the first morning of the phase, the aisle in front of 20.1G21–20.1G22 stayed crowded: overseas buyers, trading companies and end users arriving in waves, many of them carrying sample parts in their bags. The team ran back-to-back demonstrations from opening to closing instead of handing out catalogues.

The booth was laid out as a working workshop rather than a showroom. Three demonstration stations — marking, cleaning and welding — were powered and ready with sample materials, so a visitor could move from question to a finished part in a few minutes.

Buyers Tested With Their Own Parts

The machines were handed over. Visitors picked up the handheld dot peen marking units and the laser cleaning guns and ran them on their own workpieces, then checked the results themselves — mark depth and contrast under magnification, coating removal on the spot, weld seams inspected by eye. For many of them, this was the first time the decision was made on their own material rather than on a video.

“Buyers no longer want to be told what a machine can do. They want to hold it, mark their own part, and judge the result in front of them. That is why we built the booth as a working shop floor.”

— Will, Chongqing  ZIXU MACHINE

Sold Out — and Paid for on the Stand

By the final day, every marking machine and cleaning machine on display had been sold. Several buyers settled payment in cash at the booth and took the demonstration units with them rather than waiting for a shipment schedule — an outcome the team describes as the clearest possible signal of confidence in equipment they had just tested.

The pattern repeated across the week: a demonstration, a sample marked, a price discussion, and a deposit — frequently settled on the spot. For buyers sourcing from overseas, seeing the machine work and being able to take delivery immediately removed the two concerns that usually slow a first order: performance risk and lead time.
