Flying Inline MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine
The flying fiber laser marking machine is a marking device used in automated production lines. Compared with conventional fiber laser marking machines, the flying system usually uses a scanning galvanometer with higher positioning speed and scanning speed and a control board dedicated to the flying system, and a smaller integrated screen controller can be selected. This type of equipment is often used to mark the production date, expiration date, batch number and other information of food and drug packaging such as aluminum cans. In addition, serial numbers can also be encoded and marked. However, this type of assembly line is usually faster, and the conveyor belt speed is usually 15~180 meters/second. Taking cans as an example, a conveyor belt of 40~60 meters/second is usually used, and the number of markings per minute is as high as 400 or more.
