Handheld Laser Marking Machine 20W / 30W
Handheld laser marking machine at 20W or 30W with a 6–6.8 kg body, 8-inch touchscreen, red light positioning and battery or plug-in power options, marking metals within 70–145 mm ranges.

01. Handheld & Flexible
Mark large, heavy or fixed workpieces directly with handheld operation.
02. Dual Power Options
Choose 220V plug-in or 216Wh lithium battery power for flexible operation.
03. Fast & Precise
8-inch Linux touchscreen, up to 7,000 mm/s marking speed and 0.01 mm positioning accuracy.
The handheld laser marking machine is designed to solve marking tasks that are difficult to handle with a fixed marking station. The marking head is held by hand and connected to a separate control box by a flexible hose, so parts that are too large, too heavy or fixed in position can be marked in place. According to the supplier, advanced laser technology provides fast focus adjustment and high-precision marking, and the highly integrated design keeps the body small and light.
Two power versions are offered. The 220V mains version is plug-and-play with a total weight of 6 kg. The lithium battery version weighs 6.8 kg and uses a detachable battery with 216Wh / 10Ah capacity that can be charged offline or inside the machine, so a spare battery can extend working time. Both versions use the same handheld head, which is fitted with a protective cover and a transparent safety shield around the marking area.
The control box carries an 8-inch fully bonded LCD touchscreen with one-key trigger, an integrated motherboard and a Linux system running on an 8-core processor. The laser is a second-generation 1064nm fiber generator available at 20W or 30W, with an optional marking range of 70 × 70 mm, 100 × 100 mm or 145 × 145 mm and focus lenses of F100, F160 or F210. Marking speed reaches 7,000 mm/s, line width is 0.03 mm and repeatable positioning accuracy is 0.01 mm. Red light positioning and focusing are used to locate the mark. Applicable materials are not specified in the supplied data sheet and must be confirmed before publication.
