In addition, fixed-size flange marking can save the use of guide rails, and can also be upgraded to an electric module to automatically adapt to flanges of various sizes. The chuck tooling can also be equipped with an automatic pneumatic clamping tooling. For large flanges, such as those with a diameter of more than 1000mm or a weight of more than 1000kg, it is usually necessary to use a crane or other device for loading and unloading. We can also provide a version where the marking machine and rotary table are independent of each other, and a planetary reducer is used to ensure the drive rotation. The device uses the latest and most powerful Thorx9 operating system by default, and provides T6, T7, K8 and other systems for selection.
