UV Laser Continuous Rotary Marking Machine
UV laser continuous rotary marking machine with 355nm wavelength, 3W/5W/10W power and 0.01–0.02 mm minimum line width, marking logos, UDI codes, barcodes and QR codes on cylindrical and complex-shaped parts.

01. Continuous Rotary Marking for Cylindrical Parts
The machine is built as a rotary marking system in which the marking unit is combined with a rotating fixture on a 430 × 550 mm base, allowing cylindrical and curved workpieces such as pen barrels, tubes, ring parts and glass stems to be marked continuously around their circumference. The marking unit measures 780 mm in height and weighs about 33 kg, and is supplied together with a separate laser and chiller cabinet measuring 560 × 460 × 285 mm (16 kg).
02. UV Cold Processing with Minimal Material Damage
A 355nm UV laser marks plastics, glass, ceramics, silicon PCBs and mirror-smooth metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper and bronze with high contrast and durable results, while causing minimal damage to the surrounding material. Beam quality is below 1.5 with a pulse width of 1–30 ns, and the minimum line width is 0.01–0.02 mm, which supports fine detail on small and thin-walled parts.
03.Traceability and Compliance Marking
The system applies logos, production information, Unique Device Identifiers (UDI), barcodes, QR codes and other markings across a wide range of materials, supporting traceability requirements in regulated industries. Output power is available at 3W, 5W or 10W with frequency adjustable from 20 kHz to 200 kHz and marking speeds of 3,000–12,000 mm/s
The UV laser continuous rotary marking machine combines a 355nm ultraviolet laser with a rotating fixture so that cylindrical and curved workpieces can be marked continuously around their circumference. It marks non-metallic materials such as plastics, glass, ceramics and silicon PCBs, as well as mirror-smooth metals including stainless steel, aluminum, copper and bronze, and complex-shaped surfaces. Marks are produced with high contrast and high durability while causing minimal damage to the surrounding material, and the system can apply logos, production information, Unique Device Identifiers (UDI), barcodes, QR codes and other markings to a wide range of materials.
The laser operates at a 355nm wavelength with output power available at 3W, 5W or 10W. Frequency is adjustable from 20 kHz to 200 kHz, beam quality is below 1.5, pulse width ranges from 1 ns to 30 ns and repeatability is ±0.002 mm. Marking speed ranges from 3,000 mm/s to 12,000 mm/s within marking areas of 100 × 100 mm or 200 × 200 mm, with customization available. The minimum line width is 0.01–0.02 mm.
The machine is delivered as two units: a laser and chiller cabinet measuring 560 × 460 × 285 mm and weighing 16 kg, and the rotary marking unit measuring 780 × 430 × 550 mm and weighing 33 kg. Cooling is by water chiller, and the power input is 220V/110V ±10% at 50/60Hz. Because water cooling is used rather than air cooling, a suitable water supply or chiller connection and adequate floor space should be planned before installation. Several additional UV models and fully enclosed cabinet configurations are available for different production environments.

Features

Continuous Rotary Marking
A rotary fixture combined with the marking unit allows continuous circumferential marking of cylindrical and curved workpieces such as pen barrels, tubes, ring parts and glassware.
Ultra-Fine Marking Detail
A minimum line width of 0.01–0.02 mm with beam quality below 1.5, pulse width of 1–30 ns and repeatability of ±0.002 mm.

UV Cold Processing
The 355nm wavelength produces high-contrast, durable marks with minimal damage to the surrounding material, which is important for glass, ceramics, thin-walled plastics and coated surfaces.
