Luggage-Type Pulse Laser Cleaning Machine for Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and Aluminium Moulds
A luggage-type pulse laser cleaner: 617 x 469 x 291 mm, 28-32 kg, towed by one person. JPT fibre source 100-500 W, single-phase 220 V, air cooled, 5 m fibre, 10-140 mm width, 30000 mm/s scanning. Rust, paint and coating come off without touching the substrate.

Equipped with a JPT pulsed fiber laser source and ZBTK control system for consistent pulse output and precise scanning control.
Adjustable frequency, pulse energy, scanning width, and speed support applications from heavy rust removal to precision surface cleaning.
Four single-mode and three dual-mode models offer different power and parameter configurations for light-duty cleaning and heavy-duty applications.

ZBTK cleaning system: head, optics and shielding as one hand-held unit
Body and flexible stand are one piece. The operator pushes it along by hand and the stand’s mouth sets the cleaning width – that is where 10-100 mm and 10-140 mm physically come from. The optical path is short and sealed, so the lens is never exposed to the dust it is removing, and the unit is light enough to hold for a long job. ZBTK supplies the whole system, the same source as the parameter screen, not an assembly of parts.
7-inch touchscreen, 25 languages: the parameters live on the screen
The home screen is tiled by function – Correct, Temp, Users, Others, Versions, PerPass, DynPar – and each opens on real values, so the operator does not memorise settings. Twenty-five languages switch in place: ship to a country, set its language, and both the manual and the training burden drop. Modbus I/O, logo and interface customisation are supported for line integration or private label.

8 cleaning modes: pick the pattern, not the parameters
The interface shows eight tiled patterns – line, grid, rotary, infinite, star, cross, concentric, single line – each matched to a contaminant shape and a way of moving the head. Choose the mode and power, frequency and width follow preset values, so the operator only steers. The 9 scan modes in the parameter table are the hardware patterns; these eight are the software library that drives them.
JPT laser source: MOPA architecture, controllable pulse shape
The CL series is a high-power fibre laser using a directly modulated semiconductor laser as seed source – a MOPA build. The benefit is pulse shape: at the same 100 W, a different shape acts differently on paint and on rust. It is also why seven models from 100 W to 500 W share one process logic – consistent source behaviour is what makes settings transferable.

Site conditions
| Condition | Requirement |
| Power | Single-phase 220 V +/-10%, 50/60 Hz; any wall socket |
| Floor | Level hard surface, towable; indoors or out |
| Ventilation | A portable extractor is recommended so dust does not spread |
| PPE | Goggles for the operator; keep bystanders out of reflected paths |
| Workpiece | No standing water or oil pools; scrape heavy grease first |
| Transport | Standard car boot; travels with the vehicle between sites |

Material Compatibility
| Contaminant | Typical substrate | Setting | Watch out for |
| Flash rust, mill scale | Carbon steel, cast iron | 300-500 W, 10-140 mm wide | Prime within four hours or it flashes back |
| Thick paint, powder coat | Steel, aluminium | 500 W, slow, several passes | Drop a step at edges to avoid cutting in |
| Oil, release agent | Mould steel | 200-300 W | Degrease first; stripping over oil burns it in |
| Oxide on a weld prep face | Stainless, aluminium | 100-200 W, narrow | Weld within 30 minutes of cleaning |
| Local plating, anodising | Aluminium, steel | 200-300 W, narrow, several passes | Control the boundary with narrow passes |
| Thin sheet below 1 mm | Cold-rolled sheet | 100-200 W | Keep the reverse side comfortable to touch |
| Stone, wood, painted surfaces | Stone, timber, polychrome | 100 W, lowest step | Keep the spot moving; never dwell |
