Dual-zone cooling: air in from the top, out the side, no derating on a long run
The housing is drilled across its top face and a second set of exhaust holes runs along the side panel, so the two zones form a convection path: cool air enters from above, hot air leaves sideways. Air cooling means no chiller, no water lines and no antifreeze – just this hole layout and duct path. On a backpack unit that matters: on battery there is no spare power to waste on a pump, and poor cooling means derating, while continuous output is exactly what cleaning rate depends on.
Emergency stop and over-temperature protection: light off in one press
The red mushroom head has a twist-to-release body: one press cuts the beam without waiting for software. The yellow emergency-stop label beside it can be found through dust and oil on site. Over-temperature protection works independently of the button – when internal temperature reaches its threshold the unit stops on its own rather than letting the source run hot. That second circuit decides the repair rate, not the specification sheet.
No consumables, no effluent: the site stays clean
Cleaning consumes nothing but electricity: no abrasive, no dry ice, no chemicals – and therefore no effluent or waste disposal. Three badges stand for three facts: a clean working environment, zero waste, and laser safety goggles supplied with the unit. On an ecologically sensitive site, in a city street or indoors, the compliance cost of the old methods is often larger than the equipment itself; this is the line that removes it.
