Flying Laser Marking Machine
This is our more basic flying UV laser marking machine. The flying form comes from the continuous movement of the conveyor belt (on the flying). By matching with the appropriate high-speed scanning galvanometer, it can meet the traceability mark of products on the conveyor belt of 15 meters per minute to 180 meters per minute. Unlike the more popular flying fiber optic and CO2 laser marking machines, the flying UV laser marking machine usually uses a water cooling system, and its reliability can meet the needs of 24*7 hours of automatic marking; the service life is not as good as the fiber laser marking machine but exceeds the CO2 system, and it has the best material compatibility, which can achieve higher marking contrast. At the same time, due to its characteristics close to cold processing, it is particularly suitable for marking on thinner food and drug packaging bags and even eggs, capsules and other product surfaces.
