Flange & Cylinder Extended Length Dot Peen Marking Needle
This series is a long-amplitude aluminum shell marking needle developed by us for our own use for marking curved workpieces such as cylinders and flanges. Due to its long needle core and amplitude, it is very suitable for marking uneven surfaces. It is also used in some customized desktop pneumatic marking systems for marking pipes, valves, gears and other workpieces. Like standard aluminum needles, this type of long-amplitude aluminum shell needle uses 92 HRA hardness tungsten steel alloy by default to adapt to the identification and traceability of workpieces with a hardness of less than 60 HRC. In addition, we also provide imported 96 HRA hardness tungsten carbide steel to make reinforced needle cores, which can meet the marking needs of workpieces with a hardness of less than 65 HRC, and can integrate our proud special needle tip processing technology, such as using double-angle needle tips to achieve smoother marking effects, and using titanium-plated or diamond-studded needle tips to achieve higher hardness and durability.
