Fully Enclosed Automatic Rotary Laser Cleaner
This machine is equipped with air-cooled pulsed laser configurations (200W, 300W, or 500W). By incorporating a separately-controlled rotary worktable, it achieves comprehensive surface cleaning for various circular workpieces – particularly difficult-to-replace components made of high-strength steel such as blades, gears, flanges, valves, mold ejector pins, and mold inserts.
The precisely motor-controlled rotation speed coordinates with the cleaning galvanometer scanner to deliver uniform cleaning results, making it ideal for maintaining such high-value components and extending their service life. Furthermore, the thermal effect during laser cleaning can provide mild remediation for microstructural damage or stress cracks caused by operational pressures or centrifugal forces, thereby further prolonging component lifespan.
