Automatic Nameplate MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine

Our MOPA fiber laser marking machine is equipped with a PLC-controlled automatic nameplate fixture. The machine automatically loads the material through the vertical motor stroke at the beginning of the marking process. It can be manually adjusted to accommodate various metal or plastic nameplates and cards of different sizes and specifications, and accurately positions different numbers of nameplates during operation through photoelectric positioning. When the marking is completed, a cylinder suction cup with X-axis travel moves over the nameplate and sucks the marked nameplate away and releases it when it moves to the unloading area. In addition, the nameplate holder is equipped with a gravity sensor, which automatically stops working after all the loaded nameplates have been marked. The machine is highly automated and all nameplate processing can be completed automatically with one click after the nameplate is placed. MOPA laser is used instead of ordinary fiber because it provides a more uniform laser beam, which is better and more conducive to scanning when marking content such as barcodes or QR codes.
