Automatic Dot Peen Marking Machine for Stud Bolt Side Marks
This automated stud end-face marking machine, based on a conventional desktop system, has been specifically optimized for studs. It utilizes a loading chute for batch loading, reducing manual operation. Upon receiving a marking command, the marking machine automatically coordinates two sets of limit switches and a pneumatic ejector mechanism to automatically load, position, mark, and unload the studs, cycling continuously until the chute is empty or the emergency stop button is pressed. Unloading occurs solely by releasing the limit switches and gravity, and the marked studs fall down a chute into a collection area. This machine is designed to improve marking efficiency for small workpieces such as studs. Many customers using basic vise clamps for marking studs often spend more time securing and releasing the studs than marking them. Manually securing the studs for marking can result in inaccurate marking positions, deformation of text and graphics due to vibration, and even personal injury. This automated system significantly improves marking efficiency and eliminates these issues. Besides studs, it can also be used for small steel rods, bars, pipes, and blocks by simply customizing the diameters of the loading chute and chute.
