A leading smartphone manufacturer with over 10% global market share and annual production exceeding 100 million units has ordered their first batch of our 50W MOPA fiber laser marking machines. This customer was referred by our existing notebook computer surface treatment client.
The customer previously used dozens of laser marking machines from Han’s Laser for identification and traceability coding on injection-molded plastic structural parts. Due to the small size of phone components, precise energy control is critical when marking small QR codes on ABS+PC flame-retardant plastics to avoid deformation. We recommended Maxphotonics 50W MOPA lasers and won the customer’s trust through actual sample testing.
Our technical engineers will provide on-site guidance for laser parameter optimization, and discuss multi-in-one laser marking system deployment and automated loading/unloading with the customer.
