3D Subsurface UV Laser Engraving Machine
This UV crystal glass engraving machine is developed from an automatic lifting UV laser marking machine. Through precise control of the focus and Z axis, combined with a 50*50mm field lens that can achieve a stronger instantaneous energy density of the focus, the UV laser is focused inside the transparent crystal or glass to form tiny bubbles, and a complete 3D graphics is formed through a large number of bubbles in different positions. Compared with the traditional 532nm green laser engraving machine, the energy control of the UV laser is more precise, the diameter of a single bubble is smaller and a more translucent effect is achieved, thus forming a stronger contrast and 3D effect, and the service life of the DPSS UV laser is much longer than that of the green laser tube. The accuracy of UV laser engraving is particularly suitable for showing portraits or some delicate structures. Therefore, this UV engraving machine is favored by users with personalized customization needs such as advertising, weddings, and photo studios. You can quickly achieve 3D modeling of people or objects through some mobile phone cameras or Lidar modeling software, or use more accurate precision scanners or 3D software to render models with higher precision.
