A few days ago we showed a prototype of a scribing machine for a manufacturer of automotive chassis parts in Anhui province, and today our engineers came to the customer’s home to set up the machine and complete the delivery. The customer is a listed company, headquartered in Shanghai, and its customers include Volkswagen. Audi. Toyota. Honda. Hyundai Kia. Porsche. BMW. Mercedes-Benz. Ford. Nissan. Stylites. Jaguar Land Rover. General Motors. Dongfeng. Changan. FAW. Geely. Great Wall. Great Wall. JAC. BYD. Azalea. Xiaopeng. Ideal. Zero Run. Hezhong. Dongfeng. SAIC. Guangzhou Automobile. Dongfeng. The customer had previously used SIC Marking’s machines to mark some of their high-end vehicles. The brand has a long history and is well known in the field of traditional pneumatic dot peen and scribe marking. This time, the customer wanted to purchase a new system to expand their production line. After taking precision optical measurements and conducting a sample run, they found that our marking machine was quieter, produced deeper markings, and performed better than their old machine. They also found that our system offered a much better price-to-performance ratio and that our Thorx-7 system controller was easy to debug for well communication and operation with their SAP ERP and MES systems. After a few hours adjusting on site by our engineer, the system is ready to go.

The customer signed a new purchase contract with us, requesting five more units of the same model to be delivered this month. They also plan to send a technical team to visit the factory and sign a framework purchase agreement either this month or next.
